Concert commemorating the victims of communism, 25 May 2023
On 25 May 2023, pupils of the Baia Mare Upper Secondary School for Arts held a concert at the Memorial to the Victims of Communism and to the Resistance in Sighet in observance of Remembrance Day.
Classic Unlimited concert by pianist Bogdan Vaida at the Sighet Memorial
Over 100 spectators enjoyed an evening of special music offered by pianist Bogdan Vaida.
The event was organised by Classic Unlimited in partnership with the Civic Academy Foundation.
In October, Classic Unlimited, the national piano tour dedicated to bringing classical music closer to the public, returned with its seventh edition. The tour featured nine free concerts held in unconventional venues across the country. The project aims to develop an innovative perspective on classical music, making it more accessible and understandable to the general public. Additionally, it seeks to highlight remarkable yet underutilised venues in Romania.
