Degree in Law, eminent lawyer. Political secretary of General Aversecu. Director General of the Post Office during the Averescu government (1926-1927)

In 1952, he was arrested and administratively sentenced to twenty-four months in prison, being regarded as a “dubious element”.

After his release, he was kept under surveillance and marginalised, having to carry out lowly work in various co-operatives.
